Privacy policy
Effective September 28, 2026
This policy explains how CYM Contractors LLC, also known as CYM Contractors NC, handles information provided through our website and our Facebook and Instagram estimate-request forms.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate, we collect the contact and project details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, service requested, home details and preferred timing. On Meta forms, some contact fields may be filled from your profile; you can review them before submitting. Please do not send sensitive identification, financial or medical information in these forms.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, confirm whether we serve your location, prepare an estimate, discuss scheduling, provide requested services and maintain related business records. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Submitting an estimate request does not book a service or commit you to a purchase.
Service providers and platforms
Information may be processed by providers that support our website, form storage, communications and customer follow-up, and by people helping us deliver your requested service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and prevent misuse. Information submitted through Facebook or Instagram is also handled by Meta under its own privacy policy. Meta may verify a phone number by sending a one-time code when that feature is enabled.
We use Meta lead-form information for the requested estimate and related service follow-up; we do not sell those lead-form details. Any use for unrelated marketing requires the appropriate separate permission.
Website analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics and advertising measurement to understand visits and interactions, such as clicks on contact buttons. These services may use cookies and process device, browser, page and interaction information. Website hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Browser settings can help you manage cookies. Facebook, Instagram and Google have their own privacy controls and policies.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to correct or delete information you provided or stop contacting you about your request. Call (919) 308-0106 or use our contact page and mention your privacy request. We may need to verify the request and may retain records needed for an ongoing service, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and changes
Our estimate forms are intended for adults seeking home services. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
